How CodyHire LLC handles information submitted through this website and its agent interfaces, OAuth service, and fit call booking flow.
Information you provide
When you use the fit call booking form, CodyHire collects the name, work email, company or project name, AI use case, intended user, prototype decision, budget response, and desired start window that you submit. If you continue to Calendly, Calendly collects the booking information you provide there.
Please do not include confidential information, sensitive personal information, production credentials, private datasets, or protected client data in the website form.
Agent interfaces and OAuth
CodyHire's public agent API and WebMCP actions provide published offer information, deterministic advisory fit assessment, and booking instructions. Fit-assessment request bodies are processed in memory and are not retained or written to application logs. Do not submit personal, confidential, credential, private-dataset, or protected client data through an agent interface.
MCP and A2A access uses anonymous OAuth client registration. CodyHire does not request a person's name, email, company, or project facts during registration. The OAuth service stores protocol records in Cloudflare KV, including client metadata and redirect URLs, a pseudonymous subject, granted scope, expiry information, and the records needed to issue and revoke credentials. Token and secret values are stored only by hash, and authorization properties are encrypted by the official Cloudflare OAuth provider.
How the information is used
CodyHire uses submitted information to assess whether the proposed use case may fit the AI Proof Sprint, respond about the project, prepare for a fit call, protect the form from abuse, and operate the website.
Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, or establish that an idea is feasible.
Service providers
CodyHire uses Cloudflare for website delivery, security, Turnstile bot detection, privacy-focused website analytics, and Cloudflare Email Service to deliver form submissions by email; and Calendly to provide the scheduling calendar after the fit call form is accepted.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Turnstile processes technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate use from abuse. Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies after its scheduler is loaded.
Storage and retention
The CodyHire website does not use an application database to store fit call form submissions. The form contents are delivered through Cloudflare Email Service and retained in CodyHire’s destination mailbox and relevant provider systems according to their settings and policies.
CodyHire keeps project inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess fit, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
OAuth access tokens expire after one hour, refresh grants after 30 days, and dynamic client registrations after 90 days unless revoked or replaced sooner. Expired and orphaned OAuth records are eligible for automatic or scheduled removal. Revocation removes the relevant active credential records.
Choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the form and contact CodyHire by email instead. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry.
Send privacy questions or requests to contact@codyhire.com. CodyHire may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Changes to this policy
CodyHire may update this policy when the website, booking flow, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.
