Website Terms
Terms governing use of the CodyHire LLC website and its public information.
Website information
This website provides general information about CodyHire, the AI Proof Sprint, the AI Production Build, and the fit call booking process. Website content is not legal, financial, investment, security, or compliance advice.
CodyHire may update, correct, or remove website content as the offer, availability, or services change.
No engagement without a signed agreement
Submitting a form, exchanging email, or booking a call does not create a client relationship and does not require CodyHire to accept a project. A project begins only under a signed agreement that defines the actual scope, milestones, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, ownership terms, and other conditions.
If website information differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls the engagement.
AI Proof Sprint statements
The public offer describes one focused AI use case, a controlled working prototype, feasibility findings, and a production roadmap over 10 business days for $5,000 fixed ($2,500 at signing, $2,500 before final handoff).
The sprint is not a complete production application and does not guarantee technical feasibility, market fit, adoption, funding, revenue, cost savings, or return on investment. Final deliverables and exclusions are controlled by the signed agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the form to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited material.
Ownership of website content
CodyHire retains rights in the website, brand elements, design, and original website content. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary informational purposes. These website terms do not change the separate client-ownership terms that may apply to engagement-specific deliverables under a signed agreement.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or load services operated by third parties, including Calendly. CodyHire does not control those services, and their own terms and policies apply to their operation.
Availability and liability
CodyHire does not promise that the public website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CodyHire is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website.
Questions and changes
Questions about these website terms may be sent to contact@codyhire.com. CodyHire may update these terms, and the updated date at the top identifies the current version.
